On March 7, 2024, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) introduced new regulations for the cosmetic treatment industry. These guidelines prohibit the display of price lists on all public platforms, including social media and websites. Instead, prices will be discussed during a face-to-face medical consultation in the clinic. Additionally, terms such as "anti-wrinkle injections" and "dermal fillers" are no longer allowed in advertising, as these medications are prescription-only. Before and after results cannot be shared publicly either.
